Tuna pumpkin bao 杜纳金瓜包

杜纳金瓜包

 tuna pumpkin bao
杜纳金瓜包
350g plain flour
150g pumpkin puree
11/2tsp yeast
11/2tsp baking powder
2tbsp corn oil
150-180ml water
filling: tuna ,onion, herbs,black pepper ,salt
~steam abt 15mins over high heat.
