蒸起司山楂苏打饼蛋糕
a) 200g butter
60g sugar
5 eggs
100g condensed milk ( i use double cream)
2tbsp milk ( i use milk powder)
200g soda cookies blend powder
b) 250g cream cheese
50g sugar
1 egg
2tbsp milk
100g shan zha pian chop
1. beat butter, sugar + eggs + condensed milk + cookies mix well. devided into 2 portion. half add cocoa powder.
2.beat cheese , sugar + egg + milk +flour+shan zha pian. mix well.
3.greased n line baking pan. steam over high heat.
1st layer abt 10mins. 2nd layer 10mins. last layer abt 25mins.
