我就是很奇怪,看见一半的cheese美美的摆在冰箱内,就是受不了,手养就是想办法把它消灭掉,最好的方法就是。。。。。制作蛋糕啦^^
直从尝过butterscoth后,就开始喜欢它的味道,所以就把它加进去,还瞒搭的呢!
总结:成功,满意~~~
white coffee + butterscotch cheese cake
125g cream cheese
90g sugar
2pkts white coffee mix
130g milk
120g low flour
3 egg yolk
5 egg white
1/2 tsp tartar
some butterscotch
pinch of salt
1. double boil method.
2. waterbath at 150C abt 55mins.
