紫薯喜粄

最近流行什么?
当然是喜粄洛,部落格出现各式各样口味的喜粄,我也不落人后,就来一个紫薯喜粄。
自己本身还蛮喜欢的,外甥女吃后也很喜欢呢。当然我最开心啦~~

紫薯喜粄
250g plain flour
250g glutinous flour
150g sugar
2 tsp yeast
200g purple potato cooked mash
3 tbsp cooking oil
200-250ml water

mix well combine all ingredients.
roll into small ball, place on banana leave.
rest 1 hour . steam over high heat about 15mins.
