meat fross bread 肉松面包

隔夜中种初体验。












用了Hanfair Tea 提供的食谱制作了这个
肉松面包。















面上加了chia seed 作点缀。
















a) 100g bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2tsp yeast
60ml water
~mix well chill overnite.
b) 200g bread flour
50g plain flour
1 tbsp milk powder
40g sugar
1/2tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp yeast
all ing a
120ml whipping cream
30g butter
~topping : chia seeds
~filling: meat fross
