cheese chiffon 起司片戚风蛋糕














Cheese chiffon
起司片戚风蛋糕
再次烤起司蛋糕。不过这次没用水浴法。

6egg yolk
120g low flour
100g whipping cream
70g butter
4pcs cheese slice
6egg white
100g sugar
1g tartar
-150c abt 50mins.
