orange chia seed chiffon 鲜橙chia seed起风蛋糕

前几天在有几店买了罐chia seeds。
就先拿来制作起风蛋糕吧。

这是鲜橙起风蛋糕，只是加入1大匙的chia seed罢了。
有鲜橙的香气·，外加chia seed 的咬劲。
远远看还以为是百香果蛋糕呢。
不过它比百香果的种子来的好吃。嘻嘻

orange chia seed chiffon
6 egg yolks
110g low flour
100ml orange juice + rind
1/8tsp salt
5tbsp corn oil
6 egg whites
100g sugar
1/2 tsp tartar
~bake at 180c abt 35/40mins.
