purple potato soft bread 汤种紫薯面包

紫薯汤种面包。
放了葵花子及黑芝麻做topping.
非常讨喜。














好喜欢那柔软又梦幻的紫色。
昨天煮了250克的汤种,想说反正加了300克紫薯泥,所以就把全部汤种丢进去。
哈哈,果然非常粘手。
但成品是。。。。。一样棒的~~yeah~~~

350g bread flour
280g purple potato puree
120g tang zhong
30g milk
1/2 tsp salt
50g sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp yeast
40g butter
topping: sunflower seeds n black sesame seeds
~~180c abt 20mins.
