棉花糕
挑战双色
所以加了巧克力
其实是燕菜糕
棉花~的确尝起来有如吃棉花般轻盈
而且带有巧克力奶香
好吃
棉花糕
a) 500ml milk
80g sugar
10g agat2 powder
b) 4 egg whites
c) 1tsp cocoa powder
~bring to boil a till dissolved.
beat b till stiff
combine mixture.
half of mixture add in cocoa powder mix well combine.
pour into moul. cool. chill in fridge.
