今天做了这个chia seed meat fross soft bread.
依然用我最喜欢的汤种法。
喜欢那拉丝的感觉。
柔软非常。
香香的肉松+软软的面包~~~棒~~
chia seed meat fross soft bread
1 1/2tbsp chia seed
300g bread flour
50g rye flour
120g tang zhong
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp milk powder
125ml milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
30g butter
~filling: meat fross~~
beat 20mins.
rest 60mins.
roll n cut,wrap in filling.
proof another 60mins.
bake at 180c abt 20mins.
