pumpkin sardin bun 南瓜沙丁鱼面包
南瓜沙丁鱼面包。
听起来蛮复杂的,其实很简单。
只是把南瓜煮成汤种,再包入沙丁鱼馅料就可以啦。
300g bread flour
50g plain flour
120g 南瓜汤种
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
40g honey
120g yogurt
40g butter
~sardin filling~
180c abt 20mins.
