pandan potato soft bread 班兰马铃薯面包
今天的作品~班兰马铃薯小餐包~面上是起司+椰丝。
香香软软的好好吃。
斑斓马铃薯小餐包
350g bread flour
50g brown sugar
150g potato puree
4g yeast
1g salt
1 egg
100g pandan juice
40g butter (softened)
~180c (20mins)
TOPPING:
MOZORELLA CHEESE + BROWN COCONUT
