第一次尝试用tatura牌子的牛油。
感觉很香。再配上平时吃的起司片。简直棒极了。
下次还会继续支持tatura牌子的牛油+起司。

200g cream cheese
100g whipping cream
60g tatura butter
6 egg yolks
60g low flour
6 egg whites
1/2tsp tartar
100g sugar
~5tbsp mixture + 2tbsp oreo powder
  bake @ 150c abt 65mins.
  waterbath method.
